Arq Ajwain is useful for liver and abdominal ailments. It is carminative and acts as a digestive stimulant. It helps in relieving abdominal heaviness, pains, gas and also useful in liver inflammations.
DOSAGE: 2-4 tablespoonful, twice a day.
Adults: 1/4 to ½ cup, twice a day.
