Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Products can be exchanged only once if it is damaged, leaked, broken or expired.
  • In case of incorrect order delivery, it will be replaced by the company.
  • In case of the product received is expired, it will be replaced by the company.
  • Products bought cannot be returned unless it is one of above mentioned issues.

Shipping Policy

  • The products are delivered through TCS postal service. The delivery time is 3-4 working days. In case of late delivery, please contact us at 0300-1283111.
  • Orders over Rs.1000/- will have “FREE DELIVERY” whereas standard delivery charges of Rs.100/- will apply on every order below the amount of Rs.1000/-.
  • If the address mentioned is incorrect, the order may take time more than required time to reach the destination in that case, the company will not be responsible for the late delivery.
  • Our representatives will call for details and confirmation of order to identify fraud or fake orders.

Payment Policy

  • All the orders will be entertained on CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) basis.
  • The PAYMENT MUST BE PAID TO THE DELIVERY PERSON BEFORE OPENING THE PARCEL. Any disputes regarding exchange and returns will be compensated after verification of the particular issue.
  • We only claim responsibility for the products ordered through our official website and therefore do not support any other site/page promoting or selling our products, hence, we are not responsible for the products purchased from any websites other than BMA Pharma’s Official Website.
